Hayley Eglash, LMFT
Have you spent years being the strong one? Are you exhausted, burnt out, but continuing to feel the pressure of holding it all together?
Hi, I'm Hayley, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #152994). I work with women and couples who are navigating some of life's most overwhelming and transformative seasons.
Many of my clients are used to being the strong one. They're thoughtful, capable, and caring, but beneath the surface they often feel anxious, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or stuck carrying more than anyone realizes. They may be navigating pregnancy loss, fertility challenges, the transition into motherhood, relationship struggles, or simply finding themselves at a point in life where what used to work isn't working anymore.
You might look like you have it all together on the outside while internally feeling overwhelmed by self-doubt, worry, grief, resentment, or the pressure to keep holding everything together. Therapy can be a place where you no longer have to carry that alone.
For couples, I help partners move beyond recurring arguments, disconnection, and feeling misunderstood. Many couples come to therapy feeling stuck in the same painful cycle—having the same fight over and over, despite deeply wanting to feel closer. Together, we'll work to understand the patterns beneath the conflict, strengthen emotional connection, and create a relationship that feels more secure, supportive, and fulfilling.
My approach integrates EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you better understand yourself, heal old wounds, and create lasting change. Rather than simply managing symptoms, we'll explore the deeper beliefs, emotional patterns, and relationship experiences that may be keeping you stuck, while cultivating greater self-compassion, resilience, and connection along the way.
I always say, “it takes one to know one”. As a fellow hyper-independent anxious girlie who has had her own challenges with perfectionism, big life transitions, and pregnancy loss, I get it. I hope that my personal experience can help us build a strong foundation for you to find whatever it is you are looking for.
