VIRTUAL SERVICES IN CALIFORNIA & FLORIDA

Therapy for Women Who Overthink Everything.

You can analyze the situation 47 different ways, understand everyone else's perspective, and still have absolutely no idea what you want.

Therapy can help you quiet the mental noise, trust yourself, and stop second-guessing every relationship, decision, and next step.

Your brain has approximately 37 tabs open.

You replay conversations long after they're over.

You ask other people what they think before trusting your own answer.

You worry you're being needy, difficult, dramatic, selfish—or somehow asking for too much.

You prepare for problems that haven't happened yet.

You can see everyone else's perspective so clearly that sometimes you lose your own.

And even after you've thought something through from every possible angle...

you still don't feel sure.

You're not looking for someone to tell you what to do.

You're looking for a way to finally trust yourself.

OVERTHINKING SHOWS UP EVERYWHERE.

  • ANXIETY

When your mind overanalyzes, won’t slow down, or won't let things go.

    people-pleasing • worry • decision paralysis • hyper-independence • perfectionism

  • RELATIONSHIPS

When you’re analyzing everything they said, did, or didn’t do.

    dating • attachment • boundaries • communication • conflict • relationship anxiety

  • LIFE TRANSITIONS

When every possible choice somehow feels like the wrong one.

career • moving • identity • marriage • breakups • major life decisions

  • PERINATAL

When uncertainty meets something you desperately want to control.

trying to conceive • pregnancy • pregnancy loss • postpartum • becoming a mom

Maybe the problem isn't that you haven't thought about it enough.

Maybe you've stopped trusting yourself.

If I analyze this enough, ask enough people, prepare enough, or understand everyone else's perspective, eventually I'll know the “right” thing to do.

Except certainty never comes.

What if you don’t need certainty to move forward?!

What if you can learn to tolerate the uncertainty and trust yourself anyway?

That’s the work we can do together.

MEET YOUR THERAPIST

Hi, I'm Hayley.

Therapist. Chronic overthinker. Recovering believer that thinking about something for another three hours will magically produce certainty.

I help women and couples understand—and change—the patterns keeping them stuck. Using EMDR, IFS, and emotion-focused approaches, we can work on quieting overthinking, trusting your decisions, setting boundaries without guilt, and breaking relationship cycles you keep promising yourself you won’t repeat.

Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and real. I won’t just silently nod—I’ll ask questions, offer perspective, gently challenge you, and help you connect the dots. My goal isn’t to tell you what choices to make, but to help you trust yourself to make them.

I help you navigate:
